  1. Be Creative

As well as focusing on your body, you also need to focus on your mind. Once you become bored, it’s extremely easy to feel dissatisfied with your life, so you might need to get creative to excite your brain. If you have any hobbies that you’ve put on the backburner, it’s always a good idea to pick them back up. Our brains love to be busy and create things, so don’t let self-doubt prevent you from having fun. If you don’t have any hobbies or you aren’t enjoying your current ones, then why not try something completely new?! Instead of sitting at home, mindlessly scrolling on social media, try joining local classes that will teach you a new skill. This could be anything from cooking to knitting, and you could even try more physical based activities like kayaking or indoor climbing. Alternatively, you could start learning about a new subject and take online courses to really broaden your knowledge. Picking up new skills and hobbies can do wonders for your happiness as you’ll be able to enjoy new things that will keep your brain and body motivated.
