Perks of the Job
Most jobs nowadays come with some staff benefits package; the key is to do some research to see if these perks match the kinds of things that you are looking for as part of your workplace benefits.
If your main perk is free staff nights out each month, and you are not a fan of socializing, then this may not be the right benefits package for you.
Working 9 to 5
Trying to find a job when you are the primary carer for your kids or sick or elderly relatives can be tricky.
However, there are employers out there that strive to create a great work-life balance for their staff and understand that people have lives outside of work.
Another option could be to look into job-share positions or a part-time job that has the opportunity to work overtime.
