5 Fun Things to Do With the Guys

Sometimes we all need a day off to do the stuff we really want, and to get a break from everyday life. Maybe you have some time off work, or want to do something fun during the weekend. These are 5 things you can do with your guy friends.

  • Watch sports and bet

Watching sports and betting is a classic for when the guys meet. You can make this a bit more special and plan for a sporting event ahead. This can for example be the Belmont Stakes on June 11. You should start by finding a good betting site, looking up Belmont stakes odds, and planning the day. Everyone can bring some food and drinks, and you can make a day out of it!

  • Go to a bar

If you feel like getting out of the house, why not go to a bar nearby? You can choose the one you haven’t been to, and play fun games while having some beers with the guys. This is great for catching up, and having a great time while doing so. If you are feeling fancy, why not go to a bar with specially drafted beers or even a beer tasting?

  • Host a dinner

You might want to make things a bit fancier, and host a dinner together! This can be both just the guys or with your significant other. To make the evening extra special, you can choose a theme for the food and drinks. If the evening is a success, you can take turns to host a dinner each month, switching the themes and coming up with activities as you go.

  • Take the kids on an adventure

Some days we are all feeling a little playful, and this is the perfect time to take the kids out on an adventure. Gather your fellow dad friends, and come up with something fun you can do together. Think about what you enjoyed doing with your father when you were younger. For example, go camping, hire a bouncy castle, go to the beach, etc.

  • Do a guys’ trip

If you want to take the time with your friends a little more special, and you have some money to spare, you could take a trip together. Make a plan to go on a trip together once a year, putting one or two people in charge of planning. The rest do not know what is going to happen, and just have to show up. This will definitely be both thrilling and a lot of fun!
